amazing.

sometimes life is pretty wonderful and you find that people are really beautiful. When the sun goes down and the drive ahead is still a feat I have him by my side and it makes the blinding headlights and humidity worth it.

Shauns wedding was on saturday and it was a perfect representation of love. It was overflowing. It was in a beautiful garden surrounded by family and friends. It was one of those experiences that make you realize none of the little nettlesome things matter. You'll soon forget them, its the people in your life that matter, the relationships you form and the moments you create. I saw some old friends, and made a couple new ones. It was simple, there was something so beautiful and honest about it. Shaun was beaming and Liz was giddy. I can not describe it as anything but love, pure and simple. It was the most beautiful wedding I've ever had the honor to attend. All you need is love, love is all you need.

Yes please!

I may have been the last person on the planet to hear about mings cupcakes but I have finally seen the light! I'm thinking I might just have to try out a few recipes this weekend!

Hello again...

I'm back from my vacation from blogland feeling refreshed and (almost) ready to dive back into the real world. The problem with vacation is that I rarely want to come home. It was a wonderful break from reality though...

This little hotel was nestled in the mix. I loved the balconies. We parked ourselves right in front of it most days.

The boardwalk, otherwise known as the pathway to Zenos. (The best taffy and ice cream in Daytona.)

Honeymoon Island:
Even after my vacation I felt the need for a few more hours at the beach. We drove over for just a bit more sun and sand.

The Big Picture

Things have been pretty hectic lately. I've barely had a spare moment to get online. I'm happy to say I took a big chunk out of my to do list tonight which gave me some time to sit back and think about things. I think I've been worrying too much. I've been thinking about everything I have to do to get from A to B and its just overwhelming. So I've decided the best thing I can do in any spare time I may have is to focus. I want to focus on the little things that I do have under control, the things I can do to relax. Focus on the steps I can take now and not worry about the things to come. I'l figure them out as they get here. In the mean time...

I can take my dogs to the park. Running around with them is the best way I know to relax and let go of everything.

I can take them to the beach and watch them jump waves, chase the pelicans and seagulls.

I can surround myself with people I love and admire.

I can appreciate the details.

Best friends

My best friend moved to Arizona a few weeks ago. Its been a weird transition, not being able to just run over to her house when I have news, or go on random photo shoots just because. I may just have to take a little road trip this summer...

Lovely Details

I love outdoor weddings, the fresh air, beautiful views, and easy grace.

Continuing the theme into the reception by bringing the garden indoors.

Dancing under starlight surrounded by your closest friends and family.
Seems pretty perfect to me.
